i purchased these bracelets as a christmas gift for a girlfriend of one of my sons, the same son who called me the week before christmas and asked if i liked what i had gotten her because he was breaking up with her and did not want me giving her a gift. a lesson i learned a few years ago, always get something for your sons' girlfriends that you would not mind keeping for yourself if you had to--and i am glad i followed it this time! i love the bracelets--like a gift to myself! they are gorgeous, beautiful rich colors, attractive with any outfit and a mix of other bracelets! a great buy for the money! i honestly bought it with her in mind, but am enjoying wearing it myself!
pretty bracelets, but...

I ordered this set almost exclusively to get the two rose colored bracelets to match 6-7mm Multi-Tonal Rose Baroque Pearl Endless Necklace 50", which I had already purchased on Amazon. They are a perfect complement to that necklace, and I am very satisfied with my purchase because of that. They came in a blue velvet pouch, in a blue gift box.
However, I have three reasons for giving four stars instead of five. First: I paid $17.99, and though I do not regret it, the current price as of this writing ($14.99) is much more appropriate for what you get - these are not substantial like the necklaces. Second: the stretch style is convenient, but won't hold up to constant wear as well as traditionally knotted pearls. Third: I did not want the three chocolate colored bracelets, but I had to get them in order to get the pink.
Overall, I do recommend this set, especially if you like all the colors. But, I wish Amazon offered an option to mix and match colors. I'll give away the three I don't like as a gift, but it would have been nice if I could have had blue, or even green pearls instead. The Amazon product image is very accurate - please see my pictures of the actual bracelets I received.
