Men's Chain Will NOT buy again!

I was sadly disappointed when my husband opened this gift Christmas morning. The clasp was broken therefore it wasn't a very plesant gift to be giving. I am going to try and return this item so we will see how the return policy goes...
Ok so I returned the item and it went very smoothly ith Jewel Roses. They were very helpful and understanding of my needs and quick to assist me. I will definetly use them again.

Too Small for Adults

This products picture is very deceiving! there should be a note under that states that it is magnified as you could barely see the links in this very minute chain when it arrived! It looked like something that is sold in a five and dime store and it is very, very, very, very fragile and thin! When I took it out of the box it was in a knot!! This is very poorly advertised on this site and someone needs to change its description so others won't be dupped like I was! That is how I feel, I don't know if that was the sellers intention but I feel like I got swindled and hope they return my money as it is definitely not worth what they are selling it for!!
