Perfect non-irritating earrings for my second hole

I have had two ear piercings for almost 20 years, but I haven't worn anything in the second hole for at least 15, since that hole became sensitive and I became more modest about my jewelry. Miraculously, the hole didn't close up over those long years, even though it was often irritated and red. I tried to wear regular earrings a couple of times, but no sooner had I inserted the post but my entire ear became red and itchy.
For some reason, I got the urge to wear an earring in that hole again, and these are perfect. They are modest and discreet enough to wear everyday, they don't irritate my ears at all, and best of all, I felt the price was quite reasonable for the 14 karat gold. Quite satisfied with this purchase.

Loved these, thinking about buying another pair. Simply beautiful white gold.
They are the perfect size for my second piercing and good quality. The backing stay put (which is the issue I've had with other earrings).
